Do you offer refunds/returns?

Yes, you can return your unopened beans/seasoning packets to our warehouse within 14 days of the shipping date. You will need to purchase your own label or we can send you a return label and deduct the cost from your refund.

Why are your products more expensive online?

You will always save money by purchasing our products from your local grocer. Beans, being a heavier product, are expensive to ship resulting in a higher online price. Please use our 'store locator' feature to find stores near you who carry our products.

I want to order a variety of beans without paying the single bag price, how can I do this?

We created a product called Hurst's Bundle Pack. This item will allow you the customer to choose any 4 bags of our seasoned beans for a fixed price of $26.50. 

How do you ship my order?

Depending on the quantity of items ordered, your order will arrive in either a padded envelope or a corrugated box. All bean orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail while most seasoning packet orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail. In both cases you will be able to track your order using the number given to you once the label is created. We currently only ship domestic within the US. *Please make sure the mailing address provided at time of order is correct, any changes that need to be made after the order has shipped will incur additional shipping costs.*

Where do I find the expiration date/production details on my bag?

Located on the backside of the bag, under the barcode, will be the Best By Date and Lot Code. If there are any issues with the beans you will need to provide this information when you contact us.
